alright dammit. i've had it about up to here *marks the air above her head with her fingers*. all these assinine excuses for parents need to be wiped off the face of the planet.
i am referring to the couple mentioned here as STARVING their 14 month old child to death. their house was FULL of food! its not like they were poor and just couldnt buy anything... the house was fucking full of goddamned food, and they let their baby starve to death! they had to have physically withheld food, blocked him from getting it, cuz i know when my son was hungry, even at that young age, if i wasnt fast enough getting him something to eat, he found something on his own. i dont understand what the hell is going on here. i dont get why there is suddenly a rash of parents who are murdering their children, mistreating their children in such horrific manners. abortion is legal folks, you didnt have to have the child in the first place. and if you actually wanted that baby, why arent you loving it, and cherishing it, and caring for it with every ounce of your being? WHY? why purposefully bring such a beautiful piece of life into the world, and then torture, abuse, and kill it? WHY?
i just dont get it. i'm just completely and totally stumped. what a fucking waste.

ReplyDeleteI don't fucking get it. These people should just off themselve prior to having kids, save everyone the trouble of dealing with the messes they create. It's like the whole world is going nuts right now. I'm thinking pollution of the gene pool. Crazy fucks that wouldn't have last past their 12 birthday 100 years ago are breeding like rabbits and good 'ole Darwin is asleep at the wheel. That's the problem with humanity, we've eliminated evolution. People have a chance to pass on thier messed up genes before the real crazy/stupid shit happens. What's worse is it's statistically proven, the more intelligent you are the fewer offspring you have. That's the opposite of other primates.
And personally I'm sick of hearing this post-partem depression arguement from every sick fucking woman who hurts her baby. "I'm so depressed.. blah, blah, blah." Lots of people are depressed, but they don't go offing some infant to cure it. What is this, Manson Family Medicine? I can understand that a woman might have some things to work through after giving birth, but there are reasons and excuses, and that's a fucking excuse.
Ok, I ranted enough. I just realized how much I used some form of "fuck" in there, sorry.
no appologies allowed for cursing on this one. if you didn't swear like a sailor about this particular subject, i'd accuse you of either being dead, or demon spawn. besides, i put the warning at the top. we're cool :)
ReplyDeletebut yeah. i think the entire world is losing its mind. i'm starting to think that maybe people should have to have a license to reproduce... sheesh. norplant all women until they've proven to authorities that they are capable of being mothers, that they are no danger of becoming psychotic, or causing harm to their children.
is that too "big brother"-ish? i dunno. maybe its necessary now.
and you're right. most of these people would not have made it to adult hood last century. they're not strong enough, not smart enough, not resilient enough. they're not made of the same stuff as the rest of us. and i dont quite get why they've managed to survive. is it that the US just has it that easy now? i dunno.
the scariest thing about these stories is that in the two where the children died, child protective services had been involved with the family previously. ummmmm and they didnt catch that there was a real big problem WHY? i'll tell you why. compare the kid locked in the car story to the woman who cut her child's arms off. kid locked in car happened in California. woman and boyfriend were immediately thrown in jail, the kid taken to a foster home. child dismembered happened in Texas. previously, the woman had left the baby in the apartment alone as a new born. she was not thrown in jail, no charges were pressed. she agreed to psychiatric treatment, and child protective services said there wasnt anything to worry about now, and left them alone. they didnt even stop to think that someone who would leave a BABY alone in an apartment for what was it, days? would be a danger to her child later on. they didnt throw her in jail for child endangerment. they didnt punish her. they didnt remove the child from the household. and they SHOULD HAVE. this is one of a long string of similar happenings in texas. the women all had previous cases filed with child protective services, and in all cases, child protective services DROPPED the cases, said nothing was wrong, that everything was fine. in all those cases, the women later went on to a) drown their children, b) stone their children, c) behead their children, or d) dismember their children.
i think that texas seriously needs to take a look at their child welfare and protection agency, and how totally fucking incompetent it is.
then the other thing is that our society no longer places a high value on human life. you murder someone, the state gives you 3 hots and a cot for the rest of your life, plus cable tv, phone, and internet... and even lets you do the whole distance learning thing while you're at it. used to be, you murdered someone, the state strung you up. kept the population low, kept these menaces to society from reproducing, and it was cheap. who needs the electric chair when ya got a tree and some rope ya know?
anyway... i'm ranting... and i want to save THAT particular rant for another post... yes... coming soon, tess's views on capitol punishment, and our fucked up penal system.
